customer every time. That's why we offer our "30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee".  We truly believe
the Workhorse Module to be the safest, most warranty friendly & effective diesel product on the
market today! However, if you are not completely satisfied with the Workhorse diesel module you
may return it within 30 days for a refund (please see requirements below).

If you are not satisfied with your Workhorse during the first thirty (30) days after you purchase a
new product you may return it to Southcoast Performance Solutions for cash refund (minus a
small processing fee-see details below).  This guarantee does not apply to products purchased
from an Internet auction site such as E-bay, used products or products purchased at wholesale
(below Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price). There are no refunds after the initial 30 day
guarantee period which begins from the date when your product is purchased as reflected on
your original sales receipt. After 30 days from the date of purchase any defective products will be
repaired or replaced at manufacturer’s discretion.

Follow these procedures to get your refund during the initial 30 day satisfaction guarantee
period.

  1. Contact Southcoast Performance in writing at 14761 Cool Valley Ranch, Valley Center,CA,
    92082 within the initial 30 days from date of purchase and request an RMA  (Returned
    Merchandise Authorization.)
  2. Put the product back in its ORIGINAL packaging which must be COMPLETE as per the
    explanation below.  Do not apply tape or labels to product boxes.
  3. Include the ORIGINAL sales receipt. Invoices, credit card statements or sales receipts from
    an online payment service company will not be accepted.
  4. Return the product to Southcoast Performance Solutions at 14761 Cool Valley Ranch,
    Valley Center, CA, 92082 Your refund may take up to 30 days.

Terms and Conditions for 30 Day Money Back Guarantee:

We are not responsible for items damaged by improper use or installation.
All products must be received by our Returns Processing Center within 10 business days of
receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or they may be refused.
The RMA numbers must appear on the SHIPPING BOX.  DO NOT MARK ON THE OUTSIDE OF
THE PRODUCT BOX, nor apply tape or shipping labels. All items must be returned with
original packaging and materials and be in perfect, new condition.
All original wires and connectors must be present on the product. Product must include all
original packaging, instructions, mounting straps/ties, fuses, posi-tap connectors and any
other parts that were included with product when initially purchased.
The Product must not be dirty, scratched, bent, broken or have any cosmetic damage of
any type. The Product must be in LIKE NEW Condition!
Merchandise, Shipping & handling charges and processing fees are not refundable.  A 10%
restocking fee will be applied to all refunds to cover the above expenses.
You are responsible for insuring returns.  Products returned that were purchased during a
Free Shipping promotion are subject to having regular shipping charges deducted from any
return.
Any deviation from the return process outlined above will result in a delay or refusal of
your return and an additional restocking fee of up to 30%.  Return must be made within 30
days of purchasing the product.

THIS IS A HIGH PERFORMANCE PRODUCT – USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
By installing this Product, Customer Understands and Agrees that as a High Performance product,
individual results may vary depending on make, model, and usage. They also understand that
the original auto manufacturer makes its own determinations regarding the effects of Add-On
products to its warranties, and this Limited Warranty is the only responsibility assumed by the
Company, which is limited to the original retail purchaser of the product. This Product will
interfere with and should be removed from the vehicle before any diagnostic testing.

Terms of Limited Warranty
Workhorse manufacturer hereby warrant its product against any and all defects in workmanship
and materials for one year from the date of purchase. If Workhorse Manufacturer receives notice
of claim during the warranty period it will replace the defective part without charge to the
customer. This warranty shall not apply to defects resulting from freight damage, accident,
misuse, unauthorized service, modification or incorrect installation. Workhorse manufacturer
retains the right to inspect the part to determine the warranty status of every claim.  The
maximum liability of Workhorse manufacturer shall not exceed the purchase price.

Workhorse manufacturer makes no other warranty, express or implied, whether written or oral,
with respect to this product. Workhorse manufacturer specifically disclaims the implied warranty
of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This limited warranty shall not apply to the
cost of labor, freight, material or other costs in connection with the removal and/or replacement
from the claimant's vehicle. In no event shall Workhorse manufacturer or its distributors or
dealers be liable for lost profits, punitive, incidental, special or any other consequential damages,
regardless of whether Workhorse manufacturer had notice of the potential for any loss or
damage. This warranty supersedes any and all previously issue warranties for any and all
previously purchased products. This warranty shall be strictly adhered to for all warranty claims
filed for this product.

DISCLAIMER Performance Products
Read carefully before installing any performance product. This is a high performance product. Use
at your own risk. For off road use only. Do not use this product until you have carefully read the
following agreement.  This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions for the use of the
Performance product.  The installation of this product indicates that the buyer has read and fully
understands this agreement and accepts its terms and conditions.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Manufacturer, its distributors or dealers shall in no way be responsible for the product’s proper
use and service.  The buyer of this system hereby waives all liability claims.  The buyer
acknowledges that he is not relying on the sellers skill or judgment to select or furnish goods
suitable for any particular purpose and that there are no liabilities which extend beyond the
description on the face hereof, and the buyer hereby waives all remedies or liabilities, expressed
or implied arising by law or otherwise, (including without obligations of the seller with respect
fitness, merchantability and consequential damages) or whether or not occasioned by the seller’s
negligence.

The seller disclaims any warranty and expressly disclaims any liability for personal injury or
damages.  The buyer acknowledges and agrees that the disclaimer of any liability for personal
injury is a material term for this agreement and the buyer agrees to indemnify the seller and to
hold the seller harmless from any claim related to the item of the equipment purchased.  Under
no circumstances will the seller be liable for any damages or expenses by reason of use or sales
of any such equipment.

The seller assumes no liability regarding the improper installation or misapplication of its
products.  It is the installer’s responsibility to check for proper installation and if in doubt the
manufacturer is to be contacted.

STATEMENT POLICY
  • The warranty policy is the best warranty within the high performance diesel industry.
  • All Performance products have been inspected, tested and trial in the factory laboratories
    and in the field.
  • Nothing in this Statement of Policy shall alter or enlarge the terms of warranties, obligation
    or liabilities of these products.
  • Manufacturer is not responsible or liable for any products damaged or destroyed due to
    improper installation.

TERMS OF WARRANTY
The defective product must be freight prepaid and returned to Manufacturer for further
investigation, otherwise this warranty shall be deemed null and voided and of no effect.  
This warranty is void on any products that show evidence of misapplication, negligence, improper
installation, abuse or alteration from its original design. In no event will Manufacturer be liable for
any consequential or incidental damages for breech of any express or implied warranty on the
product. This warranty is not transferable or assignable. Manufacturer, its distributors or dealers
are not responsible or liable for any products damaged or destroyed due to improper installation.

By installing this product the buyer agrees that he/she has read and understands this
